There is **no live session, video call, or 15-minute appointment** to attend. After booking, simply email me a **short description of your situation and one clear question**. I will connect remotely with your energy, channel the information that comes through, and send your answer **directly to you by email**. If your question involves another person, please include a **recent photo where their eyes are clearly visible**. **Important:** All information, your question, and any photos must be sent **by email only — not WhatsApp** — to **[sabine@sabineponslet.com](mailto:sabine@sabineponslet.com)**. Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellation: 24 hours MINIMUM notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows the opportunity for someone else to be able to get the care they need in your place. Since we reserve this time, especially for you and it is an important part of your session plan we highly encourage you to not miss your scheduled appointments. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. RE-SCHEDULING: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your meeting time there is no fee. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee of AED 100/- for 60 min session or 160/- for a 90 min session.
